Our software support comes in three types. You can choose on what kind of support suits your needs and circumstances.


ONSITE SUPPORT
Are you located within the boundaries of Port Moresby? Do you need our help and be there to assist you? Then this is the mode of support you needed.

We can pay a visit to you and perform troubleshooting, assisting and guiding you on your software needs. Charges of the support are calculated by the hour spent of the support officer on site.

OUTSTATION SUPPORT
Are you located outside Port Moresby? Do you need us to be there physically for your software needs? Then this is the mode of support you needed.

An officer can fly to provinces and perform troubleshooting, assisting, training and guiding you on your ABLE software products. Airfare, transportation, meals and accomodation are shouldered by the client. Charges of the support are K 1,400.00 per day minimum of 2 days additional charge may apply for an extension of stay.

REMOTE SUPPORT
Do you need an assistance via remote connection? Then this is the mode of support you needed.

We can perform troubleshooting via internet based remote application or the computer unit shipped to ABLE Port Moresby Office. Client shoulders the freight of the computer unit from and to). Charges of the support are K 1400.00.
