Our Toshiba Copier Service Level Agreement comes with four options to choose from.

1. Toner Included Colour Machines A3 Models Only
   • Covers parts, labour, toner, drums and developer
2. Toner Included Mono Machines A3 Models Only
   • Covers parts, labour, toner, drums and developer
3. Parts and Labour Colour Machines (A3 and A4 Models)
   • Covers parts and labour only
   • Excludes toner, developer and drums.
4. Parts and Labour Mono Machines (A3 and A4 Models)
   • Covers parts and labour only
   • Excludes toner, developer and drums
